More Than Plants. A Place to Grow.

Our Roots

Lessons from Hannah's garden.

Founded by Rachel F. Jenkins, Ground Rules was born from the quiet wisdom of her grandmother, Hannah.  Growing up in North Carolina and spending time with her tending soil wasn't a chore — it was a ritual of self-care, reflection, and connection.

We carry that lineage into Henry County and Metro Atlanta, using plants as a gateway to healthier habits, stronger communities, and everyday well-being.
